Tracy is a Leadership Coach working with senior talent and founders across the creative industries and beyond. âŻHaving had a 30-year career in the TV industry in production, commissioning, distribution, content investment and senior management, she decided she wanted to use her experience and expertise in service of others and set about making her own career pivot.  The result was a thriving new career driven by passion, purpose and problem-solving for others.  Â
Tracy has her own company, Fast Track to Fearless, so named because  âfearlessâ is how she wants you to feel and âfast trackâ because she has the tools and techniques to get you there.
